Well today I made a search engine plugin for FireFox and Seamonkey. Like all other things in life, it was brought upon out of necessity. I needed a quick way to check if a domain was available using the integrated search feature in Firefox. I couldn’t find what I wanted so I made this quick and dirty search plugin. Enjoy.
What is a Search Plugin?
A search plugin allows you to access a search engine right from your browser. In Mozilla Firefox, you use the search box on the toolbar. In Mozilla (Seamonkey) you can access plugins via the Sidebar or the Location Bar.
